1. Our approach

We take the trust involved in creating and managing newsroom work seriously. Our approach is to handle information responsibly, make access appropriate to the task, and provide clear choices around sharing and publishing.

No online service can eliminate every risk. We review and improve our safeguards as Bhaasa and the needs of the people who use it evolve.

2. Safeguarding information

We use reasonable administrative, organizational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information. These include limiting internal access to legitimate needs and maintaining measures intended to protect accounts, workspaces, and content.

Security is a shared responsibility. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us promptly if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.

3. Account and access safety

You can help protect your work by following a few simple practices:

  • Keep your sign-in details private and use a unique password for your account.
  • Only give workspace access to people who need it, and review membership when responsibilities change.
  • Check sharing and publishing settings before distributing content.
  • Contact us if you notice activity you do not recognize or believe your account may be at risk.

For account-related help, contact hello@bhaasa.io.

4. Privacy and content

We handle information to provide the features you request, support your use of Bhaasa, protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. Customer content is not used to train general-purpose AI models unless we first receive explicit permission or enter into a separate written agreement that allows it.

You retain the rights you hold in the material you provide. You are responsible for ensuring that you have permission to upload, process, and publish that material. See the Privacy Policy for details about collection, use, sharing, retention, and your privacy rights.

5. Workspaces and sharing

If you use Bhaasa through an organization, authorized administrators may manage membership and access to shared work according to their roles and the organization’s settings. Your organization may also have its own privacy and retention practices.

Content shared through a public link or embedded on a public page may be accessible to people who can view that link or page. Treat public publishing as audience-facing, not as a private storage method.

6. Retention and deletion

How long information is kept depends on its type, the feature involved, your plan or organization arrangements, and legal requirements. Deleting work may not remove copies already exported, shared, or received by another service. The Retention and deletion section of our Privacy Policy provides further detail.

7. Frequently asked questions

Is my work private by default?

Work in your account or workspace is handled according to your access and organization settings. Content you publish through a public link or embed may be viewable by people who can access that link or page.

Who can access information in a workspace?

Access depends on the roles and permissions in your workspace. Organization administrators may manage membership and access shared work or activity records as described in our Privacy Policy.

How long is information kept?

Retention depends on the type of information, the feature used, and your plan or organization arrangements. Our Privacy Policy explains the applicable factors and project-retention periods.

How do I report a security or privacy concern?

Email hello@bhaasa.io with a brief description of the concern. Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or other confidential access details in your message.

8. Contact and related policies

To report a security concern, ask a privacy question, or make a request about your information, email hello@bhaasa.io. Please do not include passwords, sign-in codes, or other confidential access details in your message.
